James River Home Health (JRHH) was formed out of a necessity to care for patients after medical events or diagnosis that required in-home care.

Our proprietor, Shane Maley, has been providing medical equipment services for patients for over twenty years, and realized a progression for more complete care coordination and better quality of life by employing skilled services for area patients diagnosed with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). JRHH was incorporated in July 2013 for this purpose and began to see steady and healthy growth due to our exceptional patient care. For years now we have enjoyed a great reputation with our patients and the area medical community through hard work and a drive to help all our clients to the best of our abilities. We have served thousands of Central Virginia-area families and look forward to helping you or your family member(s).
